They were just trying to give me the lowest rate quote possible with little to no clarification (even after being requested) about the details of this loan option. Alternative options/scenarios were not provided or explained. Zephra took the time to explain the pros and cons of numerous different options and find the loan product that was perfect for my needs at the time. Zephra is always very responsive and attentive to her clients. I will gladly send any interested parties to Zephra for assistance with a mortgage loan.
